PostgreSQL-based corpus storage system for Fuzzilli, enabling distributed fuzzing with persistent program and execution tracking across multiple fuzzer instances.
The implementation includes a new PostgreSQLCorpus class that extends Fuzzilli's Corpus protocol, providing in-memory caching with periodic synchronization to PostgreSQL
Technical Implementation,
The implementation adds a complete database infrastructure with PostgreSQL schema for fuzzer instances, programs, and executions, along with connection pooling via DatabasePool and direct connection fallbacks to avoid deadlocks.
New CLI arguments (--corpus=postgresql, --postgres-url) enable easy configuration, while maintaining full backward compatibility with existing --corpus=basic functionality.
Usage is simple: swift run FuzzilliCli --corpus=postgresql --postgres-url=postgresql://user:pass@localhost:5433/fuzzilli /path/to/v8/d8. The implementation is production-ready with proper error handling, connection management, and comprehensive test coverage.
